    Under direct supervision, supports user and customer needs while ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Assists with maintenance and ensures the integrity of a full range of UL computer systems including but not limited to PCs, the network infrastructure, servers, and IT communication systems. 

    • Manage, maintains, and repairs all local information technology solutions, including Local Area Network (LAN), computers , apple pc, printers and servers. Assists Corporate IT with diagnosing and resolving Wide Area Network (WAN) issues.
    • Works with Corporate IT staff to facilitate the design of upgrades to the existing network, hardware, and standard software infrastructure. Communicates local requirements that must be met and assist in the delivery of the final solution.
    • Backs-up and maintains the servers, ensuring that data is recovered in the event of any failures.
    • Supports and maintains Personal Computer (windows pc & apple computer) operations including the diagnosis of hardware or software failure. Maintains hardware and software in compliance with corporate standards. Acts as the liaison with vendors to repair or replace hardware. Supports help-desk function for internal and remote users.
    • Recommends new equipment for special projects according to corporate standards. Reviews, selects, and recommends equipment and software that is not covered by corporate standards or is required locally.
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    Required Qualifications & Skills


    High School Diploma or Some University education in an Applied Science or a related discipline plus generally two years of directly related experience. Demonstrated ability and knowledge of computer systems including network infrastructure, servers and printers. Demonstrated ability to work independently, and demonstrated high level organizational and multi-tasking skills in a technical environment.


    Appreciated knowledge base on these software and operating system: Symantec Veritas, VMware, Office 365 ,Microsoft Hyper-V , windows 2012 server , windows 2016 server ,windows 10, apple os from 10.10 to 10.13.


    Fundamental is the capacity of support users to use the IT technology during day by day work and the troubleshooting approach .
